Int'l Pastors Association seeks to set standards within Pastoral profession, and also be the key advocates for or against legislation that impacts the church and society.
IPA offer participation on national, international, regional, District or local levels.
Doctrinal Basis of this Organization
We belief in the acceptance of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit which constitute the doctrinal basis for the Union.
We believe in God who revealed Himself in human form, and brightened with light by the Spirit.
We are a faith-based leadership platform serving pastors, church leaders, and ministry organizations across nations. Our mission is to support those who serve, by providing training, mentorship, and tools that strengthen both spiritual leadership and organizational health.
*The purpose of this organization is to be a unifying body amongst Christian pastors and the various Christian leaders functioning Globally, which then provides an organized framework to improve the witness to our Lord who calls us to be one in faith.
* The common calling of all Pastors is the reason for this organization’s existence and efforts, that this organization will proclaim, bear witness to, and live the Christian faith, particularly reaching out to other people so that they might come to know and follow Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
* To strengthen the unity of Christian Pastors and uplift the welfare of pastors.
* To be the key advocates for or against legislation's that impacts the church and society.
* The associations ensure that professional standards are maintained and implemented. We also ensure that public safety and interest are protected.
*To undertake welfare initiatives that benefit the Christian community in line with Christian Values.
*To encourage collaborative ministry efforts among pastors and Christian groups, fostering a spirit of cooperation and shared mission. By working together, we aim to fulfill our calling to serve God and spread the message of Unity and love.
*To participate freely in developmental, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of public policies and the shaping of public opinion.
Membership of IPA is open to christian pastors and ministry leaders who:
*Confess faith in God the Father, Son and Holly Spirit.
* Are actively involved in christian ministry
